Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program

Ravir LLC’s Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program (ECEAP) is an educational and career pathway building program, registered with the U.S. Department of Labor for early childhood educators in the State of Texas.

Ravir LLC’s Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program is a career pathway for the passionate early childhood educator who is:

• college ready and wants to earn college credit while also earning a living wage,

• not yet college ready but needs the support and resources to become college ready, or

• desires an alternative to college.

Ravir LLC’s ECEAP includes paid on-the-job-learning, customized training courses, one-on-one mentoring by a Ravir LLC mentor, receive an industry recognized and nationally portable credential, obtain academic credit- degree potential, avoid student debt, and gain relevant workplace skills.
